      If you didn't enter the contest that you have supposedly won money from, and they require money, or are phishing for financial information from you...it's most likely a scam.

        Dont even acknowledge these notices,these people just prey on the naive and the
        gulliable,giving them false hope.99 % of the time it is a scam.
