The only trouble is they are going to give $4.84 billion to the Middle East and Africa. Why does the Middle East need our money? Will we ever learn?

What ever happened to helping these countries be able to help themselves? Giving them grain and farm equipment or helping them get started with something so they can eventually be self sufficient. Not just money, money and more money. I believe in aid when there is an emergency, like earth quakes and such, but just constant money doesn't help them in the long run.

Egg plant where did you hear this news? I watched the local area news on 7 plus the National news that followed and saw nothimg in this regard.
