Thanks so much bulletman. Hope we have a quiet one here, the dogs object to the firecrackers. Time to get the barbeque fired up and slap on the burgers and corn.

I must say it was damned considerate of them to have it on the day BEFORE state of origin 3.Now they can all celebrate with us as Qld takes the trophy home again!:)

Thank you Aussie friend.. We had a great time today, we are 235 years old today..

The park down the street had 'what they think' a great idea instead of fireworks, they had water balloon fights for the kids, it was ok for awhile until the adults decided they wanted to play too.. Water balloons and beer doesn't mix, should've stayed with the fireworks.. LOL

It's about 105 degrees and so so muggy. the firework smells gag me. I live in a place where the air is the worst in the U.s. (I think) I should google it. It's BAD.
My cat is freaked.
