    Blackbirds nest

    the council has cut the hedge at the side of my garden exposing a blackbirds nest the blackbird is still sitting on her eggs but is verry exposed. Is there any thing I can do to help. prehaps moving the nest further into the hedge when she is not there

    Do not move the nest. She will abandon it. If you can, go to any shop where they have fake flowers and foliage. Try to find something that will match your hedge. Use this to create a blind for the open spot. Allow for a small opening so she can leave and return to her nest. Try to do this without touching the nest at all. Good luck.

    It's best not to touch a bird's nest they may abandon it. It's best just to leave it be.
