First of all , you'd have to find out why it is your skin is itching.
a) Your skin could simply be too dry. In this case you should use a rehydrating body cream after showering or taking a bath.
b) You might suffer from an allergy: a contact allergy, a food allergy, etc. In this case you should go to a specialized doctor who will make a test on you.
Anyway, this is a bath recipe I found for irritated skin:
Pour one tablespoon of olive oil into 250ml (one cup) of milk. Mix well and then add the mixture to your bathwater, which should be around 30°C to 32°C warm. Bathe for 10 minutes.
