Sorry, people are seeing your question, it's just apparently no one knows the solution. Asking it again does not get it answered faster. We are volunteers answering general questions. Sometimes the tech questions are even beyond us. You can try Microsoft for a solution if you're in a hurry for the answer. Or take a look at the toolbar options in your e-mail service and see if there's something that's check marked send duplicates? I can only guess as I do not know Live mail
