    Can't get download started for free trial! , pls advise

    I have Windows Vista (ugh!) Just want to look at TIFF files from kgs.ku.edu- followed link "select archives to extract" for download and get message "invalid file name message" regardless of name selected!

      We really are not tech support for issues like this. You'll have to try tech support from microsoft or the site you're trying to download from.
