    Had a friend who had to sell everything to pay his "tax debt". Had he not done that voluntarily, I'm sure they would have done that for him. If it's credit cards don't sweat it. Your house and car are safe.

    The IRS makes the mob look like choir boys. They will hunt you down forever. I spent eight years trying to resolve a mistake on their part, only to get a letter of apology eight years later for nearly ruining me.
    yes you lose your car, motor bike these are classified as luxuries.....you would be allowed to keep your car if you have a medical problem so that you can use it for hospital appts
    You might lose your home to cover the debt you owe
