You can go to internet options and delete temporary internet files and cookies:
Windows XP:
Click on Start > Control Panel > Internet Options
Depending on the version of Internet Explorer you use deleting temp files may vary.
Vista / Windows 7:
Click on Start / Windows Button > Type in Internet Options and hit the enter key
You can use the built in Disk Cleanup utility
Windows XP:
Click on Start > Go to All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
Vista / Windows 7:
Go to Start / Windows Button > Type in Disk Cleanup and hit enter.
