    It could be fluid in your ear. You may have an infection. It would be wise to seek a doctor's advice on this.
    Sounds like (sorry) there is a tiny nerve or muscle spasm affecting the inner part of your ear, causing the drum to vibrate constantly.
    Could be your brain. Only kidding. It's best to see a doctor.
