    How do I enable & disable tool bars?

    To put a toolbar on your computer to you go to "Yahoo, Google" etc. and download from there. If you don't want to see the toolbar but want to leave the programming in place you click on the X at the left end of the toolbar. If you don't want the tool bar any longer, go to Start button, click on Control Panel, click on Programs, click on the tool bar program and click on Delete.
    I, personally, have an apple MacOSX, and i do not know if this works on PC's (if you have one). But if its the same for both, you go to VIEW >> TOOLBARS >> (and then click on specific toolbars to enable and disable) I imagine it is similar for Mac and PC.
