    Can a veteran sue the VA Hospital or sue a doctor who works for the VA hospital?

      I'm sure they can. My brother in law while active in the air force, sued the air force and the US military for wrongful death of his wife (my sister) she was ex- air force at the time of her death. He won his suit.
