So you want to revert back to your other web browser. All you need to do is find the icon on your desktop for the other browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.) and click on it. A drop down box will show up and ask if you want to make the new web browser your default browser and you click on Yes. Then the Chrome will not come up again.

If you don't have an icon on your desktop, go to the Start button, ask for all programs, click on the web browser you want other than Chrome and do the same thing, click on making it your new detault browser.
