    I tried to answer that question yesterday. You're going to have to call tech support for your compute on this one because your computer asking for a disc at start up makes no sense. You said no to any reasons I could think of. If anyone else had an answer, they would have given it by now. We are volunteers here. Not professionals.

    Without being able to see what's going on with your computer, we'd be hard pressed to come up with a solution. A computer tech can remote access your computer and find out what's going on.
