      Gert rid of that awful program and get AVG free. (Green download button) http://download.cnet.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition-2011/3000-2239_4-10320142.html

      If you choose to keep McAfee, you'll have to contact their tech support to resolve your issue.
