    I've got an 8 foot flouresent light fixture in my garage and I have 2 strands of icicle-type Christmas lights that I'd rather use instead of the flouresent lights. Which of the 2 types of lights should I use in order to save money on my electric bill?

      Use the Christmas Lights, they take less energy and are nice to look at (please pardon my preposition at the end of the sentence…...

        The Xmas tree lights i would think,depends whether they are l,e,d,or  tungston,
