LOL, think about this. If you do not know your password to log into your e-mail, how are you going to log into your e-mail to see the password they send you??? Sorry, you're just going to have to remember it on your own. Even your e-mail provider does not know what your password is. You really should write down information like that and keep it in a safe place.
