    I married the kids mother an she had the 2 boys . I was working an had health insurance an put both boys on it .Know he has the boys after he was not around for 5yrs. Can I file to get the money I spent on my insurance an medic

      Are you asking if you can sue the father of the boys for the money you spent to insure them? I highly doubt it. You did this of your own free will. I believe the courts would see it as a gift.
