That's a pop up banner probably trying to get you to download something. Don't download whatever it is. If you have problems getting rid of the banner, try to do an F11 restore and pick a date a few days ago, before the banner started showing up. If you follow the directions it will get you back to where you want to be. If the banner comes back again tomorrow, which they do sometimes, just do the F11 restore again, pick the same day or another one if you prefer and it will get rid of it again. I have never had the banner come back a third time, let hope you have the same luck.
