      You get a big dough-nut and put around your neck and that way when roll over still be good,caution do not roll off the bed.

        I don't like donuts in my bed - they leave crumbs everywhere. :)

        I like Goose Down pillows, you can squish them into any position AND they are actually washable. Get REAL DOWN. Not feathers or quills or fake feather pillows. The good ones cost about $200 at fine department stores but they always have deal like buy 1 get 1 free or 1/2 price. That's when I get mine.
