Click on your Start button, go to Control Panel and click on Programs, delete the tool bar programs from there and you should be all set.
If you only see one program, if you delete it you will delete all the tool bars so you may want to only click on the X at the left end of the two extra ones and get rid of them from the screen, not delete the whole program.
