If you read the specs on the description of the Acer, they should tell you how much you can increase the processing power by if allowed.

Where are the specs located?
I've gone and checked the details of your computer. Sorry to say that you can not increase the GHz on that computer. It is what it is. This computer was designed to be more like a notebook I guess so requires less power than a computer designed for multitasking.
