No i wouldn't dob anyone in,but i wouldnt turn a blind eye if a woman was getting beaten or a child was at risk.I did this once but it wasn't to the police it was to animal welfare about the cruelty my neighbour was inflicting on her dogs .And will do it again if i have to.

It depends on what law they are breaking. If it's a minor infraction that you can talk to them about and ask them not to do it again, that's one thing.

If it's a major law they are breaking and you can see no other way of resolving the issue, by all means call the police. You may be doing them a favor, saving their life or the lives of others.
