          Lol Galloping Gertie, is the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. it's length, that was built, and destroyed, in 1940. it is 5939 feet in length. 1 furlong = 660 feet.
          5939 feet = 8.99848485 furlongs.
          round it up, and you'll have 9furlongs
