Did you lose your operating system? If it's asking for a disk, that tells me part or all of your operating system is missing.

no not really all ok except notification of message
Are you trying to add a new device? Or maybe trying to burn a CD or DVD? I'm just trying to think of reasons as to why it would ask for a disk.
not really it pops up so i cancel it out pops up again so i cancel again and it all disappears thankfully
