I beleive property, right now property is at a low, and if baught right in the righ tlocation is great, I made so much money on land investments but you have to let it play out and buy it right. The cost of higher prices inhouseing it more related to the property cost in the area.

I own some rental properties now. I bought when the market was high. They pay for themselves but I wouldn't buy anything in this economic climate. The market still hasn't bottomed out.
