Karpo. Americans want the troops back home, but our Presidents plan to bring them home was just another campaign slogan. As far as taxing the rich, they are who create jobs. Tax the rich and they will not invest, therefore we don't work. I personally don't care if their not taxed. We need jobs here, and the rich have to make the investments.
