      Usually in the colder weather,skin looses its moisture and becomes dry and itchy,just rub in some good ol moisturiser. Sorbeline is a cheapy and can be bought from the supermarket.

        moisturiser may help.
        It usually means your sunburnt, stuck in doors, or you may have a skin condition.
