        Post nasal drip is a common issue for some people and doesn't necessarily need a trip to the doctor. I find that using an over the counter allergy medicine or cold medicine such as Sudafed or it's generic counterpart effective if taken when needed. You don't want to take them all the time as it will cause excessive drying of the nasal cavities which can lead to other problems.
