    do new dvd recorders tape the new channels like 99 and 90 ?

    can view 99 and 73 etc from my topbox but not record ?dvd and vcr
    about 4 years old ,,what do i need ?

      As far as I know, there are no DVD players that record TV. Are you talking about a DVR? If so, contact your satellite or cable provider to find out why the DVR is not recording.
