      New answer…Solve everyone’s problems for them. That doesn’t work, they just make more problems. They’ll just have to work it out for themselves.

        Construct walled castles for “non-criminals” and expel criminals outside the castles, restoring feudalism. But that is what we are doing already with bigger and bigger prisons. It’s cheaper to build castles….but then closed communities and limited access does that. May as well let the prisoners go and require everyone to be armed and dangerous. Call it population control…but we already do that.

            In America we the people should have a separated state just for the criminal,so they can solve their own problem.
