Really, Flip, 250 V can kill. You will need to add a 250 V circuit from the main box, let a qualified electrician do it.

best to hire a pro but you start with a 220 breaker with the right amps, next properly rated wire the longer the run the more cusion you need.connect wires firmly by diagram provided run wire to box but do not connect.turn off main breaker.test to make sure its off with ohm meeter darkness is not a good test.install breaker red and black go to poles on breaker white and or green go to buss bars in breaker box close up breaker box turn main on turn heater on run for several hours feeling the wire for heat build up if it becomes un comfortly warm some things not right
