        Your should file a complaint against the bill collectors to stop the harassment, This might involve a lot more effort than just hanging up the phone. They are breaching your rights and should stop.

          Bill collectors don't call you unless you owe money. You can change your phone number any time you want, it's a free country.

            jusr trying to get alittle help but even bill collecters think that its ok to be randomly called in no way is part of a free country where does a bill paying person get a break, ive told them to take me to court but i have no takers.
