If I were you I would try to find little containers that are sold in the scrapbooking aisles at craft stores or even department stores. You could also try cutting up the plastic used to package toys, batteries etc. and put the flowers between them and glue them together along the edges.
The flowers will get brittle as they dry and if you leave them out in the open they will crumble. If you put them in something they won't get touched and should stay in one piece better.
