      I knew a legally blind lady that could still see well enough to tell coins by their size and could see the numbers in the corners of the bills.

      People with no sight at all will let someone with sight count for them, people they trust that is.

        they can count by using size and weight of the coins, have no idea how they get on with notes.

          Some can smell...feel...know... or they just give it someone to count em up...or trust their guts ...
