I am sure you do, the Executor's name is shown in court paperwork regarding the will and the disposition of all property. In order for it to be legal if the Executor decides to withdraw, another Executor has to be chosen and that person's name must be recorded for the court records and any documents filed thereafter.

maybe, I asked wrongly,there was an executor, but I was unhappy with this person, can I just rename someone else? or do I have to have the first executor sign off? Please advice.
