    do i call 911 when my brother is out of control

    my brother is out of control, he started trowing stuff. he was supposed to go to the babysitters but got on the bus. now he won't stop crying, and he keeps saying he wants to go to the babysitters. he is 7 and i am 11.

      Call your parents, then the baby sitter, not 911 unless he is hurting someone. How old are you guys?
