      IF YOU GET THREE QUOTES THE MARKET SHOULD FIGURE THIS ONE FOR YOU I WOULD NOT PAY BY THE HOUR

        Go to a store like Home Depot or Lowes and ask them. Have the footage and length of the fence plus the 4x4's needed, etc. You pay them to deliver it and watch the carpenter put it up.
