      Their nuclear power plants are in very bad shape.A lot of radioactive waste has seeped into the environment. This is something which should give us pause here in the U.S. because many of our own nuclear plants are old and should be decommissioned.

        It is still recovering, cleaning up and possibly beginning to rebuild some areas now.
