Of course there are small design flourishes – link Easter eggs, if you will – that tie into the upcoming film but the new link color palette, on both case and screen, is the star attraction here. The case and bracelet are still made of steel, just like the regular production model, but both now are coated in black PVD which gives the watch link a matte, brushed, almost futuristic effect.

The Thurso feels substantial but very easy to wear. It sits low and flat, and the bracelet is nicely balanced in terms of weight, proportion, and link how well it link integrates with the general design. I expect much of the experience is link a result of the weight and the short lug to lug, the combination of which allowed the Thurso to wrap nicely around my wrist.
