Go to the page you want as your new homepage, right click on the house symbol at the upper righthand side of screen, click on Add or Change Homepage, the page's address will be in the box and you will click yes to make that your new homepage.

Be on their page, then go to Tools (at the top of your screen) > Options > general > click use current pages > OK
