I've noticed that different states have different types of flea markets. Down in Florida the flea markets had just as much new stuff as they did the antiques. There were vendors that sold fresh fruit and veggies, made bathsuits, sold clothes, baking goods and candy.

Here is NH there are only a couple of flea markets and they are mostly junk and some antiques.

So I guess it depends on where you are. In Florida people seemed to buy more fresh produce and bakery goods. Here it's my junk is your treasure.

old refurbished fruniture and carpets. people like pickers go to flea markets to find antiques.
