    Why is it that with all these agencies that are suppose to protect our civil rights. none of them apply when politics is involved.

    I have 35 states that have adapted in whole or in part my unpublished work. can somebody please help me?

      If you're talking about someone plagiarizing your work (making a guess here based on your last question)then I suggest you get a lawyer to go after them and also get your unpublished work copy written.
