      Could be measles. Is he sick? or has he been sick lately?
      I would take him to the Dr.if I were you.

        take him to the dr. could be any one of the childhood maladies or allergies.

          call the doc. give him some allergy medicine or put calamine lotion on the rash. im am not a doctor so do wat u think u should do
