A normal person is allowed 30grms of fat per day. So, I guess you need to reduce the intake.
I've always been slim. I eat all kinds of fruit for breakfast with a tblsn of powder, made from, ground almonds, flax seed and sesame seeds. I keep it in the fridge in a container. For lunch, I have a salad sandwich with fish or meat. For dinner I eat a larger meal, but I leave the table with my stomach 80% full. I never ever eat junk food, hamburgers, chips etc.
If you like chips, you can par-boil the potatoes. Then cut into chip pieces. Next, turn the oven on to 180 degrees celsius. Line a baking dish with foil and brush oil over it. Then lay the chips on it and bake until brown. Yum, it's non-fattening.
