There are a lot of unused phones out there which people have because they upgraded. Advertise for one of those, then get your provider to activate it. You are going to have a fee for adding another phone plus the activation fee. Have you ever subscribed to "Freecycle" or "Craigs List" (sites where you can advertise)?
