    I am a male, 71 year old..I eat well , excersise...weigh74Kg. What is anormal blood pressure and pulse rate?

      There actually isn't a Normal, there is however a standardized guideline but the normal is strictly based upon each individual. What's normal for you or I may not be normal for others so, yes you would need to ask your DOCTOR.

        Your doctor will have to answer that. He has your med history. However 120/80 is considered the norm.
