Great question eggie, but.....even if it doesn't make you fat - it still ruins your teeth! Just ask any dentist. I still have most of my own teeth thank you, lots are covered with crowns (lousy soft English teeth they are), and I plan to keep them until they shut the lid.

So was mine, but I grew up and now I eat what I want to and I have a terrible sweet tooth. I have fluoride put on my teeth so that there is a huge reduction of problems.
