    Worried about Tax Refund

    I am in Chapter 13 bankruptcy on a repayment plan. Will the Trustee take our tax refund away from us and give it to our debtors?

      Your state may be different.. I tryed to give our trustee the refund we got.. he would not take it. He told me that the payment plan was already in affect and not ot make additional payments... However If Iwon the lottery and could pay it off I would need to do that.
