    connection for a photo 966 printer?

    The port cable connections are in and the program installed but when trying to print error comes up that it's not connected.

      try this. unplug printer to computer. deleted printer program. clean any files related to printer. turn off printer, turn off computer then plug printer into computer again and turn on computer. computer should search for printer and reinstall the program built into it. It worked for me.
